At the dawn of a New Year
Nothing really changes.
People gather together
People pray
People hope for a better future.
A future in which our sins are erased
And we start with a clean slate.

I wish for a new future.
I wish for freedom.
I wish for peace.
I wish for friendship.
I wish for banishment of hypocrasy.
I wish for love.
I wish for acceptance.
I wish for new beginnings.
I wish for endings.
I wish....
